Option 1 — Photos
Send photos of what needs to move, where it sits, and any access challenges (stairs, narrow gates, tight driveways). Two or three photos from different angles is usually enough.

Option 2 — Dimensions + Approximate Weight
If photos aren't possible, send:
  • Length × Width × Height of each item
  • Approximate weight (best guess is fine)
  • Short description (what it is, condition)
  • Any access notes (stairs, gates, etc.)

Without photos OR dimensions and weight, we can't quote accurately — we may decline on arrival or adjust pricing on-site. Spending 30 seconds on photos saves both of us a wasted trip.
